Unfortunately, this video only tells the whitewashed version of Mormonism’s origins. This is the only story that LDS Church shares. It does not tell about the other versions of the first vision (the version shared here was not written until 22 years after the supposed first vision happened), conflicting timelines, etc. That is why anyone investigating the LDS Church needs to read material that is supplied by sources OUTSIDE the LDS church. Otherwise, they will not get the WHOLE STORY.
